Types of Teams Phone Services

User-based Service (Personal Teams Phone Number)

Employees (MPP, Staff) will automatically provisioned a Teams Voice extension upon HR sign-in.

New employees will receive a welcome email from Microsoft with their extension information.

For Faculty, after HR sign-in (active status in HR), Departments can open a Telecom service request to manually provision an extension, pending ASM approval.

Auxiliary staff must have their HR phone flag set to Y for automatic provisioning (please contact AEO Techs).
