How to View and Print Form 1098-T (Tuition Statement)

1. Login to your MyCSULB account through Single-Sign On Portal. 
2. Once you are in your account, click on Student Center.

3. On the drop-down menu for "other financial..." click on "View 1098-T"

4. Click on the tax year hyperlink to view the 1098-T Form you wish to view. For example, "2017". You will then be directed to the 1098-T Form of your choosing.
