You can also use the Filter command on the Home tab to quickly sort through messages.

  1. To start, click Home > Filter Email Outlook banner showing where the Filter Email option is located
  2. Choose a preset criteria:

    Filter Email present criteria include Unread, Has Attachments, This week, Categorized, Flagged, Important, Sent To, Mor Filters
  3. Then, only the messages that match that criterion will be shown in the current folder.
