Opening Shared Calendars in Outlook 2010

Body

  1. In order to open another users Shared Calendar from within your Calendar go to: Home > Open Calendar > Open Shared Calendar

    Open calendar command
  2. Define the person or name of the Calendar you wish to open.

    Open a Shared Calendar Dialog
  3. The Calendar will now appear in the list of available Calendars.
